New Museum of American Finance in Boston Features Content Curated by the Personal Finance Institute

MoAF Museum Opening
The Museum of American Finance’s new museum opening on July 3 in the Boston Seaport includes two galleries whose content was provided by PFI: Personal Finance and The Future of Finance. The museum is free and open to the public.

The museum, a Smithsonian affiliate, offers seven exhibits exploring the history, evolution and future of finance in America. The Personal Finance exhibit features interactive screens that help visitors achieve financial security and independence. And the Future of Finance exhibit, sponsored by Bitwise Asset Management, takes visitors on a journey from ancient ledgers to bitcoin mining and staking, using digital storytelling, physical artifacts and interactive experiences to explain crypto, blockchain technology, digital assets and tokenization.

The museum’s opening coincides with America’s 250th anniversary. As the country looks at its history, these exhibits look ahead, helping visitors understand the choices, tools and innovations that can  improve their financial futures.

Our collaboration with MoAF reflects an important part of our mission. Whether through online quizzes, events or exhibits, we are focused on creating financial education content that is comprehensive, fun and free.
